General Notary Work
- Taking acknowledgements or proofs for the first signature – $6.00
- Each additional signature – $1.00
- Administering oath or affirmation – $6.00
- Swearing a witness for a deposition – $6.00
- Taking a deposition of a witness – $0.50 for each 100 words
- MOBILE FEE: Travel (plus mileage) fee – $20. (0-5 miles) $25 (6-10) $30 (11-15 miles)
Escrow and Real Estate Closing Charges
The table below lists each notarial act and the state fee.
- Single Loan Closing (includes 15 miles of travel) – $150
- ACT 1: $1.00 per each additional signature
- ACT 2: Additional related (Piggy back loan) Loan Closing – $3
- ACT 3: Printing of electronic documents, up to 200 pages – $30,
$0.25 per each additional page printed
- ACT 4: Travel and non-closing fee. This fee is due if the notary travels to the location and the borrower refuses to sign – $50
- ACT 5: Cancellation Fee, applied with 1 hour or less notice – $35
APOSTILLES
- Apostille First Document – $150-300
$40 per each additional document
